Self-Care in the Midst of Crisis

You may recall a blog from March where we interviewed Wellness Warriors founder Samantha Dvora to pick her brain on all things wellness, you can read it here. In addition to running Wellness Warriors, Samantha is a Reiki master and an Occupational Therapist specializing in neurology and oncology. Through Wellness Warriors she helps clients with chronic illness to improve their health and wellness.

Samantha and her husband were married in mid-October, and just days after returning from their honeymoon, their community was rocked by the shooting at their Synagogue, the Tree of Life, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 27, 2018.
