Struggling with work-life balance and maintaining daily obligations can make us feel like we’re always on the run. This frantic feeling of needing to get everything done can leave us distracted or distant when we’re with other people, especially our closest loved ones. We may think that we’re successfully multitasking to get everything done, when really, we may be neglecting someone or missing out on the present moment.
